“So, we didn't actually have any service done by this company. I felt compelled to write a review because when I called and explained the litany of complicated electrical issues we suddenly seemed to be having, the woman I spoke with (Cindy) was so honest and upfront, she told me she could put me down for a possible visit but that I should first speak to BGE. It turned out that the issue was with BGE and this company didn't make any money off of us. But, I think it speaks to the ethics of the company as she could have just as easily sent someone out to the house to charge us and not be able to fix the problem. I called her back to cancel and thanked her for the guidance. It's really important to remember companies who are willing to sacrifice profits to be upstanding. I will call them when I have electrical issues in the future.”
