The employees, specifically Jeff and Joe were always up front with the problems I was facing and the options I had to fix them. From the beginning they treated me as if I had been a customer for years. I was provided transportation to and from the shop. I was given a rental car when the work took longer than day, and I never felt in the dark at any point during my times there.
