“When I first started using this cleaners about 4-5 months ago it was the best cleaners I’d ever been to. The collars on my white dress shirts would come back whiter than when I first bought them. Exceptional!!!! Now??? The last 2 weeks about 4-5 dress shirts have come back like the collars were never pre-treated. Unacceptable I’m hoping the service returns to what I once loved. I’ve voiced my concern to the desk and they intent to figure out who’s dropping the ball. Hopefully this message finds its way to the decision makers. As you see below, they are very responsive. As such, my shirts are now back to being cleaned the way they were before. I appreciate the great customer service and I have adjusted my review accordingly.”

“Bright Horizons at Newbury has been a wonderful daycare center for our baby! Jules, the center director, has been fantastic. She quickly addresses any concerns that parents have, and you can tell that she loves all the kids. She does a great job of managing the teachers and juggling the scheduling. The teachers have also been wonderful; they care very much for the children and do everything to make the parents feel comfortable leaving their kids there. Stephanie does a great job coming up with fun, new activities for the babies! Our baby enjoys daycare and is almost always in a good mood when I pick her up. I have friends at work who seem to have concerns every week about their child's daycare center, but we have no worries leaving our baby at Bright Horizons!”
