“Lots of work being done at Sandy Point here in early January, but the views are still excellent. I was a little surprised at the $3 entry fee to the Park. There is lots to see and do here in the warmer months. If you're new to Maryland and the Chesapeake Bay the place to start your adventure is Sandy Point State Park!!”

“Having the privilege of my son playing for the Cape Saint Claire Cougars, my family and I have been to Bay Head Park several times. Bay Head Park is one of the nicest and cleanest in the entire County. We've traveled from field to field every weekend and very few are as nice as Bay Head. I know that the volunteers at Bay Head Park work extremely hard, around-the-clock to keep things so nicely organized. A special thank you to you”

“A fantastic community park across from broadneck high school. Lots of soccer and baseball fields. There are two dog parks (big and small) that are maintained really well. Lots of space for them to run, dig and meet other dogs. People are great and very respectful. Exactly what Broadneck needs.”

“Update...someone went and groomed this trail. It's great now for a walk with the dogs. It is not a good bike trail. Navy still restricts access most days, but when you can get to it it is a nice trail.”

“This place has a wonderful short summary of WWII from an American (Maryland specifically) perspective. It is a small amphitheatre surrounded by educational monuments. It looks like it might light up at night, too.”

“It's on base, safe, inexpensive and with all military benefits! Only downfall, waiting list!!”

“We loved this place. There are beautiful views here, wonderful landscaping and beautiful monuments. There is an amazing wall with names engraved in it. Quite a nice place to visit and a wonderful tribute to our vets”
