Wood, the head of the local Pagan MC was shot three times which resulted in his death by a member of the Phantom MC, a club from Maryland, in 1979 at a Bluegrass festival here at Camp Whippoorwill . I don't think all these houses were there or there there probably was an open area in the woods here to have the festival, landscapes change. John treated my Mom great, I grew up with a framed photo of him in the house, and he could have been my father if he wasn't murdered. He survived be his parents (RIP) and sister.
