Always the best & honest service!!
A friend recommended Bradshaw's, so I took our Mercury Grand Marquis there yesterday for an oil change and to find out what was causing the "clunk" we hear when we turned the wheel pretty far to the left or right. Cory Bradshaw said the noise was being caused by a worn steering idler arm, told me the cost of replacing it and asked if I wanted to have the job done. He said it could take up to 2 hours for the work to be completed. I asked him to go ahead with the replacement, saying that I would read my book in the waiting room until my car was ready to drive away. It took less than 2 hours, and I was pleased with the service and the price. I plan to be a regular customer at Bradshaw's and to recommend it to friends and relatives.
