At one point I didn't understand that the railings didn't come with the front porch..... you have to specify exactly what you want. I just thought that every porch came with railings.... But because I didn't know that Jeff gave it to me and it didn't cost me anything more. I'm one happy camper and it was very affordable. “Maryland Egress did a great job for our new window. We were putting an older child in the basement and were required by AA County to have an escape route in case of a fire. They gave us a great quote, as we did get 3 and they had the best product to offer us. They handled all the permits and inspections and gave us the bill when they were done. We were beyond pleased. This was quite a project due to the fact that we did not have a window at all in this location and it was also discovered there were a lot of tree roots and pipes in the way, but they worked diligently to complete the project. Job well done !!!”
