“I love Magothy Auto Services! They are friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I had a notice that my car would be towed if I didn't get the emissions repair inspected (I forgot). I had one day to get it done, and went to Magothy without an appointment. I told them what happened and within an hour, they took my car in, did the inspection, signed and stamped the forms, and didn't charge me a dime. They had a lot of work to do, too, but made time in their really busy schedule to take care of my issue even though it didn't benefit them financially. Just to be clear - this was an emissions repair inspection, not a MD state inspection, which will definitely cost you money. I would call ahead or plan to leave your car as it takes a while to do a proper inspection.”

“Moments ago I received a mobile order and the customer service was threw the roof. I adore the mobile system, as I’ve used it many times. But tonight took me to a different place. I pulled up, punched in the number 2, waited no more than 2 minutes and a delightful young lady walked up to the car. She carefully handed me the food, and paused to give me the drink when I had both hands free. Upon giving me the drink she jumped back with a gasp. “Oh, allow me to replace that for you. “ she said pointing to my drink, which had a bit of soda on its lid. I assured her it was okay, but she asked again; at least just the lid? Just perfect, something you’d expect from the Ritz, above and beyond service. I hope this finds her, and I hope she follows her dreams and becomes very successful in life.”

“Does Bath & Body Works is similar to any of the other ones that you would find in a mall. However it's a stand-alone store in a strip mall which makes getting in and getting out a little quicker. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was an easy operation and I would recommend going to the store.”

“When it comes to this experience that here, well, it's nothing short of a Christmas miracle!! Over the years I've had great success at the copy and print center at this particular location. I've received consultations and product ranging from business cards, theater posters, celebration of life materials, resumes etc. The online business I purchased a personalized kids book from 6 weeks before Christmas let me know on dec 22 not to expect the book, that they were weeks behind schedule. Oh no! What to do? Breathe, think, call Office Depot Severna Park. Jacob was so kind and encouraging. He assured me that they can laminate my story and pictures and make the book. what!!!??! He also inputed his creative expert advice to the project and....Jacob saved Christmas. It should be turned into a hallmark movie, "Jacob saves Christmas". Honestly though this is an amazingly smart, professional and talented group of peoole in our area. A resource of products and expertise that you can count on for your biggest projects.
