Unfortunately I did not goto Pasadenda Diesel first and almost got raked over the coals by a " performance diesel and offroad" shop here in Maryland. To make a long story short the folks at Pasadena Diesel repair were absolutely amazing. The young lady that runs the front is great! She is super knowledgeable and kept me informed every step of the way. My truck is running and driving amazing and I couldn't be any happier. “I had a great experience here today! They talked me out of some (very expensive) brake system work that another shop had told me I needed to do. When's the last time you heard of a car shop telling you NOT to to give them money? They replaced the one light I knew was out, and found another one I didn't even know about. The entire time I felt like I was in complete control, and they wouldn't try to convince me to get any work done if I didn't want to. The prices were super reasonable too! I believe the guy in charge was named George, and he was awesome with explaining everything that was happening. I would highly recommend this Sears Auto Center.”

“A friend recommended Bradshaw's, so I took our Mercury Grand Marquis there yesterday for an oil change and to find out what was causing the "clunk" we hear when we turned the wheel pretty far to the left or right. Cory Bradshaw said the noise was being caused by a worn steering idler arm, told me the cost of replacing it and asked if I wanted to have the job done. He said it could take up to 2 hours for the work to be completed. I asked him to go ahead with the replacement, saying that I would read my book in the waiting room until my car was ready to drive away. It took less than 2 hours, and I was pleased with the service and the price. I plan to be a regular customer at Bradshaw's and to recommend it to friends and relatives.”

It’s a quick and very straight forward service - the staff does not attempt to convince you that you need new filters or flushes like the other big companies. Staff is also friendly and courteous. There is coffee, TV, and a record player in the waiting room. And it really only takes 10 minutes or less!”
