“I love this gym. Though not the largest I have belonged to, it has some of the best classes. The class schedule offers something for everyone. I work downtown so the 5:30am or 7:15pm classes are perfect for me. The staff, instructors and trainers are great! Membership is very reasonable and classes are pretty much free! I highly recommend this little hidden gym”

The pricing is very reasonable, and the spa has the small-town feel but upscale environment--very hard to find! My massage therapist was very compassionate and truly listened to my needs.
