“I was came here as it was recommended by a friend to try for muscle fatigue and soreness. First off I much say Ashley is full of knowledge and certainly helps fuel the excitement of the experience. She and Natalie were so wonderful explaining all the details, potential benefits, pricing and directions to me. I felt like they genuinely cared about how I was feeling and were excited for me to try this. It was freezing! Teeth chattering legs shaking freezing! But I can do anything for 3 minutes and when it was done I noticed Improvements in my leg and feet soreness I generally deal with daily. I felt more awake and like I could breathe more clearly.
