(November 16, 2022, 12:34 pm)We switched to Old Bay Pest Control in the last year because other services were extremely uptight and pushy about "keeping to the schedule," and made it near-impossible to cancel or move our appointments, even going so far as to show up unannounced.
Old Bay Pest Control never does that. Ryan is extremely courteous, professional, and understanding, and ALWAYS tries to accommodate. Plus, all the ants are gone! Would recommend.

After carefully researching the local pest control companies, we decided to go with Ryan and Old Bay Pest Control due to their quote and responsiveness. We were not disappointed and have since relied on them for our quarterly service and dealing with any occasional unwelcome visitors to our house: the aforementioned ants, their flying cousins, and even a mouse. Ryan always goes the extra mile to make sure we are 100% satisfied and that our needs have been fully addressed. Prompt and reliable service at a price that beats the competition, I highly recommend Old Bay for your pest control needs.
(August 21, 2022, 7:12 am)I have been a loyal customer of Old Bay Pest Control since the summer of 2020. Ryan was responsive and honest in assessing our home’s immediate need (bat removal). The quarterly insect treatment service works eliminating spiders, ants and other creepy crawlers. Yikes!!!
Ryan and his team are phenomenal. They are professional, reliable and trustworthy. The fees are reasonable, no hidden charges. They are a Keeper!

He is very thorough and ensures that you are satisfied with the service throughout the entire process. Every step is explained before they treat and they make sure you understand what is going on. I have never been more satisfied. I recommend Old Bay Pest Control 100%
