Front this point on I will not believe all reviews!! This company was contracted by AHS to my home at 8am and after reading the reviews I tried everything to change this company!! I’m so happy that it wasn’t possible! I talked to Mrs. Linda about 8:30 and explained that I had No running water. My hot water heater busted and sump pump stopped working! A technician Mr. Caleb was at my home before 11. They both were so professional, kind, and understanding. I have running water before 12pm and parts are being ordered to complete the job!! Very Happy with this company

I placed a claim through AHS for toilet issues in both of my bathrooms. Mayes Plumbing was assigned to do the work through the warranty company. Ray, the Technician came out and was immediately professional and courteous. Removing his shoes at the door he went to work and was able to repair both issues in no time, even performing additional testing steps to ensure the fix in both areas. I really appreciate the level of service that I received in my home and will refer to this company in the future.
