Besides the knowledge they have when it comes to septic systems what impresses me the most is their honesty! Sando and Tim were able to respond to an emergent situation at our home and assess the situation and provide and easily understood course of action without confusing jargon. They performed only the necessary operations instead of up charging or up selling procedures that were unnecessary. They have earned our respect and our business!
