Vacuums 4 U

I purchased an upright Oreck refurbished vacuum cleaner from John, the owner. John did a great job of demonstrating how the machine functioned, and I bought some additional bags. John had essentially rebuilt the entire vacuum cleaner and he gave me a great price!

My experience is similar to the Gentleman who posted before me. My Dyson Bull 25 (A.k.a.: The Animal) was at least 15 years old and did not seem to be running right. After a minor adjustment for which I was not charged, I also received a free education in how to take care of my vacuum cleaner. The charge I received for a part I knew to be faulty was very reasonable. That (free) adjustment I received would have otherwise been a part of a full check-up. And much as I would have taken it if offered, his reply was that there was nothing wrong with my vacuum at this time, use it for awhile and bring it back if I felt I still wanted to have it. The charge I was quoted for the checkup, I also found reasonable. What I really appreciated was his honesty in telling me I did not need it at this time.

Called and spoke with Mr. John. Brought in vacuum 10 min. later - 20 minutes after that, my 15-year-old Dyson was fixed and running like new at an extremely reasonable cost. What a great resource for our area to have such a pleasant expert nearby. Thank you, Mr. John!

Exceptional customer service in person and via phone. I needed my kirby serviced and I received great driving directions, business hours as well as services directly to your residence prices, plus I was in and out. Great location with ample of parking. I will definitely refer family and friends and yes I will continue to support the business - Vacuums 4 U is awesome!!

Great place, our Shark Ninja had stopped working properly. John gave great guidance on what I should had done and looked into if he could repair it. He cleaned up all the sensors trying anything to repair the issue for free. Its either a motherboard issue or replacement part that Shark does not offer, sadly it was not fixable. He turned down my offer to pay for his time.
