“I called Anne Arundel Plumbing to repair a leaking tub spout and to correct low water pressure in my shower. Scheduling the appointment was easy and they did not charge a fee to come out and assess the situation. They quickly diagnosed the problem and informed me that both of my shower diverters had lifetime warranties and advised me to call the manufacturer to get the parts at no cost. When I advised Jeff that I could not reach a representative at the manufacturer, he immediately contacted one of his suppliers who contacted the manufacturer on my behalf and I received the parts a few days later. As soon as I informed Anne Arundel Plumbing that I had received the parts, they came out immediately to complete the repair. They went out of their way to save me money and to accommodate my schedule. They are extremely responsive, professional and competent and their rates are much lower than other companies I have used, especially the big local plumbing companies. I have always prefer small family owned businesses and this was no exception. It is obvious that they care deeply about doing a good job for their customers.
