“I called Anne Arundel Plumbing to repair a leaking tub spout and to correct low water pressure in my shower. Scheduling the appointment was easy and they did not charge a fee to come out and assess the situation. They quickly diagnosed the problem and informed me that both of my shower diverters had lifetime warranties and advised me to call the manufacturer to get the parts at no cost. When I advised Jeff that I could not reach a representative at the manufacturer, he immediately contacted one of his suppliers who contacted the manufacturer on my behalf and I received the parts a few days later. As soon as I informed Anne Arundel Plumbing that I had received the parts, they came out immediately to complete the repair. They went out of their way to save me money and to accommodate my schedule. They are extremely responsive, professional and competent and their rates are much lower than other companies I have used, especially the big local plumbing companies. I have always prefer small family owned businesses and this was no exception. It is obvious that they care deeply about doing a good job for their customers. “Recently needed several electrical jobs done and contacted All-In Electric on a recommendation from a good friend. I was impressed. Keith, the owner, came out and looked at all the work and then quickly sent me a detailed, professional proposal, pricing out each job separately. When I had a couple of questions, Keith promptly returned my call and talked me through all my options, even though it was after hours on a weekend evening. One job was time-sensitive. My old (240V) electric range had died, and my new gas range required that a new 120V outlet be installed. Tom, from All-In Electric came out the next morning and had the new outlet in quickly, and I was able to start using the new range the day it arrived. Tom also disconnected a pair of no-longer circuits from my main panel while he was here. The next day, Andres and Victor from All In came out and converted a single-gang switch box into a 2-gang box. They ran a new line to a new outdoor junction box they installed under my deck, which I'll be using for a low-voltage deck lighting project I plan to finish this summer. Though he'd see no profit from it, Keith generously provide me with recommendations for a specific transformer and low-voltage wire for the job, and told me he'd "be happy to answer any questions I had once I started the project." Keith, Tom, Andres, and Victor were all professional, polite, and efficient. All-In's pricing was very fair, and I am extremely pleased with the work they did. I will be using them again for any future electrical work I need done and recommend them highly.”

“I was surprisingly pleased with this place because they have a lot of local Baltimore brands. Dangerously delicious pies, Vacarro's, Michele's granola, Taharka, among others. The only reason I didn't give them five stars is because the price to compare on all of the price tags is almost useless in this store. Soy sauce for example, one option was comparable in ounces, another in quarts, and another in gallons. It makes it very difficult to comparison shop when you have to pull out a calculator to understand which one is the best value.”
