Brightview South River - Senior Assisted Living & Memory Care

I am Helen Pometto and I visited my friend, Anne Nepper. She was at lunch when i arrived and the cafeteria was very nice. She seemed to be enjoying a nice conversation with the other ladies at the table.

I love everyone at Brightview. They are doing a tremendous job taking care of my Mother's cares/needs/happiness. I understand the challenges the staff has, but always treat my Mother with respect, love, and try to bring a smile to her face. I am forever grateful to the wonderful staff at Brightview, and thank GOD we were able to find them.

Stephanie is amazing! She has made the difficult transition for my loved one feel almost fun. They encourage family to participate. And, I am not kidding, the staff is always smiling, calm, seemingly happy. It feels more like a fun hotel than a home.

Brightview South River is a wonderful senior living facility. The personnel are friendly and really helpful to the residents and their families. It's a very welcoming place with gorgeous artwork on the walls and lovely decorative appeal throughout the building. Staff communicate regularly with family members and provide a variety of fun, interesting activities for the residents. There is a nice variety of meal choices, many of which I've sampled while visiting my mom. I feel grateful that my mother has moved here to Brightview South River.

There are not enough positive things I can say about Brightview....from the intake process and making us all feel comfortable to the care and compassion of all the staff. Although not an easy decision, BV was definitely the right one and communication with me and the resident has been fantastic! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a warm and caring place to live or have a parent move into.
