(August 5, 2023, 1:54 am)I went to this branch twice and I found the customer service to be great. The staff are pleasant, professional, and attentive. I’ve been a SECU member for 14 years and intend to remain so because good customer service is hard to come by these days.
(April 22, 2023, 1:47 pm)Despite being short staffed at times and very busy they make sure to address all of your personal banking concerns before you leave and don't rush you through the process. Ariel was extremely helpful and informative when advising me on purchasing CDs. I prefer this SECU branch whenever I need to go in person. The staff there makes you feel like your business is important to them and I appreciate that !😊
