“At first, I gave one star because couldn't fix it on the first visit. So, he came to fix the freezer that was not cooling. However, the freezer was still not cooling when he left. Later, I got a quote for $1600 to replace the compressor. Well, it turned out that we just needed some Freon. It is now working great. When I complained, Sherman reached out several time to make things right and he did. The customer service is outstanding. I will definitely use them in the future to maintain our kitchen equipment.”
