Randy saved the day at 8:30pm! He is such an amazing owner of this facility. He showed me around when I signed up and showed me how to use their locks and keys. He’s got a great attitude and is extremely friendly and easy to talk to. Fast forward a few hours and I show up with my first load after hours. I had trouble getting my key to unlock their lock. I tried everything i could think of and finally just tried calling their number hoping someone would answer at 8:30pm (my hopes were low). Randy answers in a few rings like it’s 9am I explain the issue, and he is at the unit with me within 10 minutes. He realizes that one of my two keys had been mistakenly mixed up with another lock. My other key (the right one) was at my house about 10 minutes away. Randy waited at the storage unit while I went to get the other key. He swapped out the keys and locks for me while I was gone. Once we swapped keys everything worked great. He even insisted on helping me unload my truck. You just can’t get service like that anywhere else. He went above and beyond and I am so thankful for that. You won’t regret doing business with them!

The food was amazing!!! Service and suggestions were all worth trying. The only downside is that I was looking forward to trying the greens but they didn't put it in my bag. By the time I realized it I was already home and didn't feel like it was worth the hassle of going back to Hanover... I'll be back for sure, maybe I'll get my greens this time lol.

Worth the drive to get one of the best deals in the metroplex. I lived on the east side of the metroplex. It was month to month for be so I wasn't locked in a contract which is a nice deal. Joe and Randy were extremely helping and caring when helping me decide which storage unit to go with. I ended up snagging a climate one and and outdoor one. Held onto both of them for a year. Clean facility and well-maintained.

We were on baltimore for the CIAA tournament and had lunch here and it was amazing. Everything we ordered was good and the service was stellar. We will be back next year.

Amazing food! I love it here they have the best soul food in town. I got the Turkey wings, greens and macaroni and cheese. It did not disappoint! I will definitely be coming back here.

I ordered catering amount of food for this past Christmas. Chicken, yams, green beans, etc. All of the food was delicious. I didn't have any doubts because I use to frequent the one in Parkville. Customer service was exceptional and I will be ordering again
