I went here several times for in-body weigh ins (which is a terrific machine to track your progress for muscle mass and body fat) and stocking up on protein snacks and supplements! Side note: I’ve been to numerous 5Star Nutritions in VA/MD/PA, and at each I’ve always recognized how each employee is always bursting with happiness to get to know you and recommend the right products to reach your goals!
