She constantly asks about my health to gain insight on my condition and not only treats, but also educates me on how to improve my physical well-being. In addition to typical physical therapy, Dr. Adams specializes in pelvic issues, which are mostly over-looked by health professionals for causing chronic pain. “To everyone at Noah's Arc, thank you. They took great care of our Senior Dog Todd, we had him over 11 years, I returned to Noah's Arc 3 years ago when I left the vet I worked for. I couldn't believe I stopped using them after I went back to Noah's Arc. Dr. Roberson and staff took such great care of Todd and gave the best recommendations for treatment due to his age. They were so gentle and nice to my husband and son when we had to send him to heaven, it still brings tears to my eyes. “I'm leaving a review because I have never gone to a minute clinic and when I saw it had no reviews on google, I was incredibly nervous. I got there at 5pm mid-week and luckily there was no one waiting. I signed in at the kiosk, wishing I knew I could have signed up on a regular computer prior to coming. No biggie, no one was there rushing me to finish. Just know you CAN fill out the form prior to save you time. There was only one NP there since the other was on vacation. I can't speak for everyone who works for minute clinic, but Megan was absolutely wonderful. She was not trying to just rush through patients. She listened to all of my symptoms, my horror stories, and was very personable in return. I was prescribed some medications which was easily filled there. I will definitely return in the future if needed.”

“I began training at Repke Fitness because I was not getting the results I wanted from going to the gym on my own. I've been going to Repke Fitness for a few months now and have already noticed a difference in my strength. Most of the exercises I have never done before and each workout is different so your body will not get used to the same routine. Repke Fitness has a good atmosphere and the semi-private training sessions allow every workout to be tailored to your specific goals. Although the sessions are semi-private I am usually still working one-on-one with the trainers the entire time I am there. The trainers are also very flexible so even when I needed to change the times of my workouts due to work, I was still able to come in twice a week.”
