The best part is that you don’t have to relive the traumatic events, she just helps your body, mind and spirit release it peacefully. She guides you through the entire process gently and efficiently. Rachel is such a wonderful practitioner. The Access Bars Sessions have left me feeling so light and peaceful. The clarity in my direction and life path has been given so much knowing and ease since the sessions. The intuitive readings and coaching I have received with Rachel have been so enlightening.
