I ordered a wrap and the guy that made it did an excellent job best wrap I’ve ever had he made sure the meat was fresh and the toppings were fresh he really cares about his job and that’s nice too see he was there this morning (Sunday September 25 @ 5:00 AM and he was there yesterday as well) I don’t know his name but he’s a great employee and deserves a raise of something for sure
Ms. Kim is awesome ,very helpful from the start . Made me feel welcome, and eased my stress level to zero. I told her I will be back to have my daughter breaks done. Great person to have on your team and the mechanics got the job done!
Always great service!!! I’ve been here several times now for general maintenance on my car. My recent trip was great as always. Friendly and helpful staff, they answer all questions I have about my car and they take great care of my car!!
The first thing that hits you is the very warm and friendly staff & environment! The repairs were extremely fast and the staff was very understanding and accommodating. One of my best experiences in car repairs!
The staff was very personable and very informative. The only downfall was the delay in parts to make the repair. But everything else was top notch and yes, I am going back for more service.
I was not happy. All went well until I picked up my car after they said it was ready.?I had had a flat tire and needed a replacement. The spare was mounted on the back of the Rav 4 Toyota but the hard plastic covering was not used and was still in the back of the car. When I pointed that out I was told that the person “had issues” with it. I had taken it off when I had the flat…not sure what they expected me to do. Didn’t I pay YOU to fix my car? The woman said she would get the manager to mount the cover. Nobody apologized and it was eventually mounted. So Meineke doesn’t complete jobs? I will probably not use Meineke anymore. A simple apology would have gone a long way.
