“Initially I called twice and didn't receive a call back but Steve made it right when he finally received my message. He came out quickly to our place to look at our mower and power washer, made an assessment and told us what was needed for the repair. He is ordering what is needed and told us he would be back to make the repairs when the parts were delivered. I will update my review when the repairs are done. My review is being updated from a lower score to a much higher rating based on Steve's visit. Thank you Steve! We appreciate your quick assessment and look forward to you repairing the equipment.”
