I had a water heater leak that caused damage to the subflooring etc. and I was in a tight spot needing a water heater replacement along with floor repairs. I found this company searching online within my area and gave them a shot.

I was amazed with how punctual/timely they were, overall. I was given a time, and they were on-time. I was also getting very responsive scheduling for my critical issue, which BGE Home kept giving me insane scheduling for days that were far out of reason even though I had no hot water. I have never, in my short five years of being a homeowner, had an on-time or even early service. This was an absolute first. This was critical for me as I had to juggle a lot, as we all do in our busy lives.

I had a water heater taken out, air handler, flooring replaced, and air handler re-installed within the week.

Representatives were communicative and patient with us as we planned a remodel. They worked with us to make sure that we could get everything we needed and were up front with the time, pricing, and material concerns.

I had a project that involved several different areas of expertise. Dealing directly with Mr. Marcus James, we were able to design the project. Mr. James was very professional and accommodating working to satisfy all our needs. The team of craftsmen worked very diligently and concentrated on details doing an excellent job. M&C Global Construction did a fantastic job on our flooring install! Here is a brief background to provide context on our experience. Our family just purchased a house in the spring and planned to renovate the floors, kitchen, and a few other items to make the house our new home. As new homeowners, we thought let’s get everything done through a large retail chain. The company will coordinate the contractors, supplies, etc. Little did we know once the carpet’s removed and things start moving around, the work is not as easy as it sounds. The original contractor we booked to do the work bailed on us after reviewing the work it would take to level the floors, remove the tile, and re-install the cabinets. We reached out to six other contractors. Marcus by far was the most responsive and thorough in his assessment of the work needed to complete the project. His team was professional and completed the work in a week, right on time for our family to move in.

We now have a contractor for life!

Marcus, Kevin and their crew did an awesome job of building a new deck with a ramp. It looks great and is solidly built. The communication from estimate to completion was excellent. I will definitely be calling them for future projects!
