We have contracted with White Glove for our U S Coast Guard Drug and Alcohol Consortium, as well as our FMCSA, and all new hire testing for over eight years. I can honestly say that we have never had any issues, or complaints. Helen, Richard, and their staff, have always been pleasant to deal with, and very professional. Over the years, White Glove has gone above and beyond at times to help us when we have had last minute testing, or paperwork that we have needed for USCG Inspections, and new hire testing. During one of the audits on our consortium, White Glove took what may have been a disastrous situation, and turned it into a fast and easy solution. White Glove has made the process for yearly renewals, and new hire testing smooth and easy. We have always received all of our yearly reports, our random testing selections, as well a our employee paperwork, and I D cards on time. Whether it be for new employment, the U S Coast Guard, the D.O.T / FMCSA Consortiums, or just a new hire. I highly recommend White Glove Drug and Alcohol Testing, for all of your drug and alcohol testing needs. They also have multiple locations, which makes it very convenient to have employees tested.

White Glove is awesome! They are on the second floor, you have to use the stairs. The building is a little outdated but their office is very clean and welcoming. I only had to wait 10 minutes to get my test done. The front desk lady is very personable and sweet, the whole test took less than two minutes. There are no appointments, you can just walk in. Will definitely come back here again if I ever need to in the future!

I came in today for a pre-employment drug screening and I must say after reading the reviews, I was a little skeptical and wanted to reschedule. Thank God I didn’t. You really have to experience a place for yourself. I enjoyed the owner and her husband. Thanks for the laughter. I would recommend any one to come here..
