“We have contracted with White Glove for our U S Coast Guard Drug and Alcohol Consortium, as well as our FMCSA, and all new hire testing for over eight years. I can honestly say that we have never had any issues, or complaints. Helen, Richard, and their staff, have always been pleasant to deal with, and very professional. Over the years, White Glove has gone above and beyond at times to help us when we have had last minute testing, or paperwork that we have needed for USCG Inspections, and new hire testing. During one of the audits on our consortium, White Glove took what may have been a disastrous situation, and turned it into a fast and easy solution. The cut is exceptional and is precisely what I wanted, his responses to my statements and comments were honest and professional (I said I wanted a high taper fade, instead of guessing he took the time to figure out what I actually meant by some term I'd seen online) and the conversation about how I wanted my hair cut resulted in a cut I'll be going back for whenever I'm in the area. Chris and the rest of the staff were friendly, positive and outgoing and did a bang up job of making the overall Social experience top notch. 10/10 will come back again”

They were extremely informative, ( We’ve never had an Optometrist show us a photo and explain in great detail about our eye balls. LOL) It is nice to be treated well since you are the patient in need of help. Furthermore, Anna was awesome at helping my daughter choose new frames.
