“I recently had my house and shed’s roofs replaced by Albo Roofing & Gutters and my experience could not have been better. The initial estimate, material drop-off, and installation all occurred flawlessly as each step occurred as scheduled while the owner maintained communication throughout. The finished product is amazing and their clean-up was flawless. The crew was very professional and efficient. Prior to signing the contract with Albo, I had received estimates from two other companies. After receiving the estimates from the other companies, some internet searches led me to believe that one of the companies was extremely reputable while the other was known for bait-and-switch tactics. The reputable company’s price was considerably higher than Albo’s and although the less-reputable company’s estimate was within the same ballpark as Albo, the price and final cost were not presented clearly (similar to a gimmicky used-car salesman). Albo managed to offer a fair price while maintaining price transparency throughout as they explained each aspect of the contract in detail. My parents were so impressed that they had Albo replace their roof a few weeks later. Like my experience, Albo performed the work flawlessly and my parents are pleased with their decision to choose Albo for their roof replacement as am I.”
