I had my lawn guys come out and a rock decided to jump up and smash my bay window which was an amazing shot. (not really.) Had glass doctor come out and give me an estimate after getting 2 other estimates and they had the best value and guarantee. I decided on the spot I was going with them. “A friend recommended Bradshaw's, so I took our Mercury Grand Marquis there yesterday for an oil change and to find out what was causing the "clunk" we hear when we turned the wheel pretty far to the left or right. Cory Bradshaw said the noise was being caused by a worn steering idler arm, told me the cost of replacing it and asked if I wanted to have the job done. He said it could take up to 2 hours for the work to be completed. I asked him to go ahead with the replacement, saying that I would read my book in the waiting room until my car was ready to drive away. It took less than 2 hours, and I was pleased with the service and the price. I plan to be a regular customer at Bradshaw's and to recommend it to friends and relatives.”

“My 07 Chevy Tahoe has been to Atlantic twice. The first time was more than likely due to my not checking and changing the fluid at the proper intervals. My fault. Had it dropped off. They promised it would be done within a week, got it back in 3 days. Ran like a new truck. The second time, which was a little over 2 years later, had to have it towed back in due to some catastrophic damage. Again, not checking my fluid level. Both times, I dealt with the owner, Ed. Took a few more days than the first repair, but, that was because of the damage. $1656 worth of damage. Once again, rides like it's new and I can barely tell that it's shifting. It's an 11 year old Chevy with a workhorse of an engine under the hood. The GM 5.3. Hope I never have to have another transmission rebuilt, but, if I do, I know where to go to get it done right, for a reasonable price and a reasonable amount of turn around time. I'm a customer for life. Ps, the tow company that Chevy Roadside sent to pick up my truck from I-95, damaged the air dam on the front of my truck. It was hanging when he dropped it at my house the night before I had it towed to Atlantic. For some unknown reason, the guys at Atlantic fixed it without charging me for it. Your choice, but, I'd say, a shop that does everything these guys do, deserves my business.”
