“An honest repair shop that will take the time to accurately inspect and diagnose any issues and will not overcharge or recommend unnecessary service. When I went for an oil change and service inspection, they showed me that my rear brake pads were worn and clearly demonstrated the wear in comparison to my front pads, which were still in good condition. After ordering certified Honda factory pads, they also demonstrated the difference in wear between my pads and the factory pads, in a way that was clear to a layman. I asked Scott and his team of professional mechanics to provide a second opinion concerning an expensive replacement job that another auto shop recommended me to undergo. Scott & co. quickly assessed that the replacement advised by the other mechanic, was not actually necessary. I am thankful because this has saved me about $1000 in unnecessary replacements. Following the completion of service, I went back due to having some concerns about my brake pedal not feeling quite normal. Scott test drove the vehicle and ensured that all was functioning properly, and they were very friendly about my coming back for this quick verification check. Finally, I inquired as to my cruise control not working. After running several tests, they isolated the problem to a certain, degraded part with a loose wire, which they demonstrated to me. They quoted me the repair but advised me that it was not a safety issue, and given the expense they recommended against having the repair. I am glad that I went to this particular service location, and they were able to assist despite my not needing body work at the time. I will be a returning customer, and I wholeheartedly recommend this shop to others.”

“Best prices on brakes installation in the area! Can't beat four new pads & rotors installation for total of $300 labor which I thought was pretty reasonable for a MB SUV!. The staff are very helpful and very efficient at getting things done. They are a very busy shop though. I like being able to order online and then just go right in with no notice and have the parts installed. They have a huge selection of tires with next day availability. It's not the fanciest place at all in fact not even a garage all work is done outside. The waiting room is literally in a shack but don't let that bother you its heated and does have a bathroom and smells decent.”

“Someone hit my car. I noticed the dent a month ago and I was upset. I called my insurance company and the recommended some body shops in my area. I visited one and the man said it would take a week to repair. I asked him if someone could drive me to a car rental place and he said, “I heard Uber can do that.” So I thought well this sucks! Then a friend of mine suggested I get a second opinion. I went to Subway Auto Body. Randy Tracey greeted me with a handshake and reviewed my car. He quoted me three business days and there is an Enterprise car rental inside their building. Everything ran smoothly and the BEST part was they vacuumed and dusted my car. When I got the receipt I realized that the price quoted wasn't what I was charged. I called corporate and the owner or manager called me back right away and offered me a refund. I told him she would be back in on Monday for another service so he could just take it off of that instead. He gave me a discount for higher than the original discount they offered PLUS free car wash coupons. They also replaced my tail light for free! They made my daughter feel comfortable and informed her of everything they were doing. GREAT customer service!!! This was our 3rd great experience with them. I highly recommend them.”
