The price for the hardwood floors was on par with three other places that did estimates on my home, but the sales folks at Bay Country took time to go over the reasons for the price unlike those other companies. The crew was respectful of my home and family, and came prepared to work on a rainy day with a canopy that they set up so that they would not have to stop in spite of a heavy downpour near the end of the work. The final product looks amazing, and was completed within a single day as was promised. I am thrilled with Bay Country Floors and will be recommending them to any that will listen.”

Rob, the fireplace technician, was professional, courteous, and personable. He took great care in all aspects of my fireplace service. He explained to me exactly what he was doing and why. I needed a new pilot unit and Rob did a great job with the replacement. Along with that, Rob took great care in completely cleaning the existing parts and replacing the batteries in my remote wall unit. Rob also conducted tests for both carbon monoxide and errant constable gas before he buttoned everything back up; I was grateful for that extra step. I was also satisfied with the price.
