“Work was AMAZING! We had a full basement renovation completed after having water damage, and you can't even tell there was ever a problem. They did such an awesome job! Our project manager Jeff was great and very accommodating. The repair team of Edwin, Francisco, Alex and Leo did such a detailed job, kept everything on time, and cleaned up as they worked. Their famous line during this whole project was "If you are happy, then we are happy." It really has been such a pleasure working with them and I would definitely use them again. “I was lucky enough to pick Arctic out of a sea of choices. We had been without heat for several days after BGE and my warranted service could not figure out my electrical problem. Go figure. Kameron was my service tech with Arctic and took care of the install of breaker and wiring to our heater that got us back up and running again. He was pleasant with my wife when I could not be there and explained every step he was doing, easy to understand. Electricians are never a cheap way to go, but when your dealing with your breaker panel and wires inside your walls, it's a no brained for me. Arctic and Kameron took care of our issues in 2 visits but about as painless as possible given the failed attempts of 2 prior services, 1 listed above. I highly recommend Arctic.”

“I had my gas fireplace repaired by chimney inspectors and was told I would need a part..they never called or returned my call when my fireplace started acting up and I had even sent them the information requested to order the part...decided to look elsewhere after 2 months and found this company. They came out, cleaned my fireplace, had the part on the truck and I have had no more problems. Will keep their number because I know at some point I may have to replace my gas fireplace and will be ordering from them...thank you so much. My winters are comfy again.”
