“We stayed in the French Country room on New Year's Eve and had a great experience! When we arrived, we were greeted by Wendy and her cute dog, Hazel. Our room and bed were so comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. We really enjoyed the common areas, especially the sunroom, where we ate breakfast. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious and were served at a time that we requested. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Annapolis!”

Wood, the head of the local Pagan MC was shot three times which resulted in his death by a member of the Phantom MC, a club from Maryland, in 1979 at a Bluegrass festival here at Camp Whippoorwill . I don't think all these houses were there or there there probably was an open area in the woods here to have the festival, landscapes change. If you are interested in reading the article about John's death Google 'John J. Wood Washington Post', it will be the first result as of now. I'm posting this to keep his memory alive. John treated my Mom great, I grew up with a framed photo of him in the house, and he could have been my father if he wasn't murdered. He survived be his parents (RIP) and sister. “We had our wedding here and buy our Christmas tree (great trees!) here annually. Jen and Carl are awesome and run a great operation. Small or large weddings are easily accommodated with various/flexible set ups. Jen has seen it all and can help you figure out what is best for you. All of our guests said it was the best wedding they've been to...mostly for the venue itself. A couple/friends from NYC are considering Hemlock Farm as a destination wedding....yes, it's that good.”

“I mainly liked it because of the location because there was a restaurant nearby called Ketch 22. Then I spent sometime in my cousin's ship. This place has a very nice harbor with other nice ships. I eventually walked around the beautiful area. There's a hotel that's nearby that would be good site for a marriage. So if you have a ship or know someone that has one, it's a nice place to visit.”

“My Department has their annual retreat at the Inn at Herrington Harbor for the last 5 or so years and it has been great. We make meals together in the Blue Heron suite which is equipped with a full kitchen. Pool, fitness center, Kayaks and boards are all included. Some of the suites have hot tubs. Very pleasant stay.”

“My boyfriend and I stayed here this past weekend and had a great time, it was perfect. This was our first timing staying at a bed and breakfast so we were not totally sure what to expect. The hosts, Tiffany and her husband, were very friendly and made us feel right at home. The room we stayed at was very clean, had a beautiful view of the river, and had a very large bathroom. The breakfast in the morning was delicious with lots of options. The two little schnauzers added even more character to the house and experience. We highly recommend for a relaxing weekend!”
