Not a ton of parking, but I get the sense it's usually more than adequate. And a little walking path through the edge of the woods. All in all, a good little park.”

Great wading area transitioning into 2 ft section lines up with a 4ft deep section, so you can watch your kids play without having to squat in a kid's area. Decent sized parking lot and some street parking. No grills or snack bar so pack a lunch! Bathrooms have individual shower stalls.”

You also must check in and out through hunting control. Maryland Weapons qualifications are required to hunt deer on the refuge. However, the cost of the permit covers costs of weapons qualifications once you qualify at the refuge qualifications ranges.”
