“I recently had trouble with my 7 year old hot tub leaking. I called Chesapeake Spas and spoke with Harry about the issue. He listened to me when I explained the problem. He and Brock sent Dan to my house to assess the problem and within about 45 minutes Dan had the problem located. This was not an easy hot tub to access as it is sunk into our deck meaning he had to crawl under the deck to get to the control panels. He didn't hesitate and went right under the deck. The problem required parts that he didn't have on his truck so someone would have to return. I requested that he be the one back out to fix the problem. He returned the next day and had the problem fixed in no time! I can't thank Harry and Brock enough for sending Dan. He was such a respectful and professional young man. If I ever have another issue I will definitely call Chesapeake Spas and ask for Dan.”
