Since that I have taken both my bikes, 2003 Nightrain and 2021 Street Glide Special to Eastern to have after market accessories installed as well as regular maintenance. The entire staff is awesome. Great communication and calls if there are things they find while working on my bikes. Derek, Chris, Cody, and Mike are the best. “Went to Tri State Battery because my daughter’s battery was completely dead. Had to jump the car twice in order to get there. Roland is the man!!! He took out the old battery which was no cake walk, put in the new battery, replaced a bad terminal and sprayed the terminals and the hold down screws to protect them from corrosion. I needed a medication delivered to a patient who is homebound and has no one there with transportation so I reached out to Wegmans thinking they would be able to help. Unfortunately, they weren't able to but the woman Mary who answered the phone was absolutely AMAZING! She took the time to try and help me find a local pharmacy that could possibly help out my elderly homebound patient. Even looked up the number to several local pharmacies that may be able to help. All things that she had absolutely no obligation to do.. but she did! This is what its all about! This is when you know you have a person working in the right field.
