Since that I have taken both my bikes, 2003 Nightrain and 2021 Street Glide Special to Eastern to have after market accessories installed as well as regular maintenance. The entire staff is awesome. Great communication and calls if there are things they find while working on my bikes. Derek, Chris, Cody, and Mike are the best. Will continue to use them when service is needed or I am going to install more accessories. Derek and I have already discussed what is next :)”

“Went to Tri State Battery because my daughter’s battery was completely dead. Had to jump the car twice in order to get there. Roland is the man!!! He took out the old battery which was no cake walk, put in the new battery, replaced a bad terminal and sprayed the terminals and the hold down screws to protect them from corrosion. Highly recommend this place. Excellent customer service!!!”

“I had an appointment and was promptly checked in upon arrival at the shop. I was having a full set of tires (ordered from tire rack) installed. I received an excellent price as an AAA member. The waiting area was clean and provides a view of the mechanics working on the cars. They installed the tires within 1 hour and didn't try to add additional services. Overall, it was a stress-free experience. I recommend this location and will not hesitate to bring my car here again.”
