Every time I go in the office & ask for towels, he just gives me 1 towel which I'm gonna need wash clothes also then he tells me that's all he can give me. Then I go in there today & ask for toliet paper & he tells me there isn't any in the office to give me, to come back in the morning! For great customer service u never tell ur customers there isn't any toliet paper (which is the main thing these days) & he could of gone to the storage room to get some! He always cops an attitude with me when ever I ask for anything! All the other employees are so nice & kind to my husband and I, not the young boy!”

“I had to go in to pick up a package that needed a signature and I wouldn't be home to sign. It arrived early in the morning but wasn't available for pickup until late that afternoon. I tried to pick it up before I had been told it was ready but they were unable to do that. The staff was friendly and helpful just not able to retrieve the package before it had been fully processed for pickup. Ultimately, I still got my package more than a half day early. The lesson is to just wait until you're notified that your package is ready. Very pleased with service overall.”
