“I shop here 2 or 3 times per week. The staff is helpful, polite and articulate. The store is well lit, clean, has a pleasant atmosphere, has quality produce and deli items, and lower prices than other stores. (25% cheaper than Grauls over on the cape) The best part is they don't have any "Bonus Club" membership scam to be able to get the sale prices. Things just go on sale here... and you can just buy them.... at sale price... without a "membership". It's nice. Also... it's in a great neighborhood. No parking lot encounters with aggressive thug types at this store.”

“Called in an order over the phone to go yesterday, it was made exactly the way I asked even though I was quick on the phone, they also had it ready for me even earlier than they said they would. Food was delicious! Bread was fresh and the italian deli meats were good. Price for a full lunch was reasonable and I was full afterward. There aren't enough places like this anymore, support your local Deli's people!! And don't sleep on bay hills in particular.”

“Great mooring field. Great harbor and facilities. Most of the power boaters here are the most inconsiderate and rude boaters of anywhere I've ever seen. Boats here will power at full speed right through the mooring field and in between moored boats. This happens every few minutes here. There is a perfectly maintained channel just 100 feet away and yet nobody seems to know or care. The harbor master really needs to enforce the speed and navigation rules. Power boaters here are dangerous and need to learn simple rules even children could understand. Boating etiquette is nonexistent here in America's boating capital.”

“Get a reservation! Been here twice and had two night-and-day experiences, funnily enough both with the same groomer who absolutely couldn't have been nicer. The first time was about nine months ago and must've been by reservation. I came right in and got the towel dry washing service and by the end of the wash my dogs loose hair was all gone. The second time was this past weekend, and I came in without an appointment which is a mistake I won't make again. They accepted me without an appointment and said they could fit me in. Even after the compressed timeframe, the wash wasn't much to combat the shedding and our dog was barely (but not really) dry. It's not the end of the day and it was certainly fixable with a good bit of brushing, but I know it's better to just call ahead now.”
