“To the FANTASTIC AND HELPFUL.!! parking officer that helped me park and pay when I visited Annapolis. I did park in a wrong spot near the Docks in Annapolis. I could not find a place to park my rental car so I just parked my car to take a coupe of pictures on the Docks. When I came back to my car a Lady was writing on a Red note and was about to put it under my windscreen wiper. I asked her please if she could spare me because I had a rental car and was not able to find a place to park.. The beautiful and polite parking officer said ok...and she said that it was an awailable place to park where a car just drove out. She walked over to the place,and waited there untill I had parked. Then she helped me pay. What a fantastic and helpful lady. She was in her 20thies, Afro american, a solid woman with tatoos on her arms. I bought coca cola and water for her to tell her how I appreciated her help. I REALLY HOPE YOU CAN FIND HER AND TELL HER I WILL NEVER FORGET HER HELPFULNESS AND BEAUTIFUL PERSON.!!”

I stopped in with my civic bc there was a small leak and he not only found the corrosion buy a bubble in my tire from these awesome roads in Maryland which probably saved me from a blown tire! “I took my car to Annapolis Detail Center for an interior cleaning. They did an excellent job. My car is about 8 years old and has never had a deep clean like this. After my detailing, the inside of my car looked and smelled brand new again. They attended to every corner and crevice. Customer service was great--Jed is so friendly and had great suggestions to other car questions I had. Their online scheduling portal is also new and it was very convenient to use. They sent me confirmation emails and reminders after scheduling online, which was helpful. I would definitely recommend them and will be going again.”
