Everyone's experiences will vary, but to speak on mine, it was above and beyond. I had a very complex situation and mainly had Austin spear heading the communication and investigating the issue. It required some patience and it paid off big. Big credit to Austin and his team. I wish them nothing but the best.

I had a slow leak on a tire, and it was happening on a very busy day for me. I walked into Les Schwab after work, they immediately took my truck back, had the hole patched and sent me on my way in less than 30 minutes. And they didn’t charge me anything! I will absolutely be back for any future needs.

Love that they patch holes for free. Main clerk, I think his name is Randy, was extremely professional and courteous to me and to a homeless woman who wandered in. He handled the situation with compassion and professionalism.

I went in to have a lower ball joint replaced. Was quoted a reasonable price and they were quick to get it repaired. They didn't try to upsell me anything. They simply lived up to their motto of doing the right thing since 19xx.
