By working on several areas together, I feel like I’m finally getting care that meets my needs. I worked with Taylor Hensh and she was an excellent teammate for helping me get back to physical activity quickly and stronger than before. Highly highly recommend for pre-op and post-op physical therapy!

(January 3, 2023, 11:40 am)I had tried out multiple physical therapists in the Baltimore area. None quite met my expectations until meeting Taylor at FX. I have knee pain from patellar tendinous and the only treatment is physical therapy. Taylor has been working with me for the last few months and she has done an amazing job not just focusing on my knee/calf/thigh but going above and beyond and evaluation the arch and position of my foot, as well as the strength of my back. I cannot stress enough how the body is connected and how one pain area can be a sign of weakness in a whole other area that may be unexpected. Strengthening my entire body around my knee has helped minimize my pain and I cannot express my gratitude to Taylor at FX! It is never finished and I am happy to have the support to continue on my health journey.

(December 30, 2022, 10:18 am)I've received treatment at FX Physical Therapy - Under Armour HQ several times, most recently in December 2022 and am always impressed with how quickly the therapist are able to get me back in the game. The difference between FX and other physical therapy clinics I've experience in the past is remarkable and includes education, collaboration and a very hands on approach to not only resolving pain but improving overall mobility and as a result quality of life. Highly recommend!

(November 21, 2022, 7:54 pm)I started PT with FX after my orthopedic surgeon recommended them for my lower back based on my MRI. Rachel has been fantastic! A few sessions of PT did more for me than an entire summer of chiropractic. Even better the Harbor Connector takes me there from Fells Point across the harbor for free! The staff, location, and facility are top notch and I highly recommend them.
