  I’m so grateful I found Nihal and FX Physical Therapy. I was going to another facility for tendonitis in both elbows and did not make a whole lot of progress before my insurance cut me off. Being a CrossFitter, I thought it would be better to go somewhere that understood what we do so decided to check out FX located inside Industry Athletics. Within a week, my pain level had dropped dramatically. Nihal and extremely knowledgeable and I feel confident I’ll be back to my regular workouts soon!

  I cannot write enough great things about FX PT Fed Hill. I have been going here since August, with ongoing back issues. Nihal and Jo have been lifesavers through my recovery journey. I have been working closely with Nihal and its clear he really cares about his patients, prioritizes your long term goals, and is very thorough listening to your needs. The best part is the appointments are 1 on 1 so you feel comfortable to ask any questions and learn how to properly do specific movements. I actually look forward to going here every time because I always leave feeling better than I did before. I can't recommend FX PT enough!!

  FX PT as a whole, is an awesome company and really practice what they preach. LaDawn at the front desk really makes you feel welcomed when you come in and Jo is awesome! Jo has really been a staple to my physical wellness. She is thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and kind. I recommend her to anyone and everyone.

  The FX PT team in Fed Hill is phenomenal! I went for shoulder pain and they've done an amazing job identifying the issue and helping me to resolve it! The location is very convenient, they have extended hours that work with my schedule, and Jo and Nihal are both skilled and fun and make me not dread coming.

  Have been to the Fed Hill office on two occasions with lower back pain over the last year. One for 3/4 visits and the second for a more sustained period of time. Both experiences result is quick immediate reduction in the pain and then the subsequent visits working on mobility and strengthening muscles. Jo and Nihal were both able to get me back to loving about and doing my day to day in no pain within 1 or 2 sessions.
  
  I really appreciate the attention and focus of the one on one treatment as I tend to struggle to sustain “homework” and the one on one nature makes me more accountable.
  
  I have been treated by Jo but mostly worked with Nihal. They are both attentive to my responses and adjust accordingly.
  
  I would have no reservations in recommending this office!
