A Mom and Pop neighborhood convenience store with some pretty good deals i.e chicken salad sandwich and beef hotdogs $1

I just moved to this neighborhood. This was the first store we went to. The owners were super nice, informative, and helpful. Small, but good choices for quick groceries. The Chili Cheese Hot Dog was, in my humble opinion... BRILLIANT! But mostly, the owners are simply nice people.
