(July 7, 2013, 10:00 am)Kevin has been cutting my son's hair for 6yrs, since he was 3yrs old. His dad even switched barbers & they see Kevin faithfully every wk. In fact, everyone I've ever referred to Kevin has switched barbers. I would never consider another, he's the best in Baltimore. His shop is nice too.
