Arts & Ideas Sudbury School

Arts and Ideas Sudbury School has been an amazing experience for my daughter and me. She hasn't wanted to miss a day since arriving in 2011. The young people and staff are school members in a democratic process where critical thinking is employed.

I really can not say enough good things about this school as a whole. The children and staff are amazing and welcomed our son with open arms. Not only does our son absolutely love it here, but the flexible schedule takes away all of the stress in the morning and at pick up time for our family. Unlike a conventional schooling model, this approach has focused on my son's talents, not his weaknesses and has given him self confidence and the DESIRE to learn everyday.

Arts & Ideas fosters the type of environment that children need. Social interaction, learning through play, mastery through failure, and creative freedom (just to name a few). As we move into an automated future these skills will be sought out most. Arts & Ideas is an amazing school.
