(May 18, 2020, 5:28 pm)Yoga Tree Baltimore is an amazing, positive, and friendly community. They were very quick to move online during the pandemic. The instructors are very informative and offer a variety of challenging classes. It’s definitely helped my mental and physical health, and I can’t wait to return to the studio once it’s safe!
(May 7, 2020, 7:16 am)Yoga Tree in Hampden is a wonderful place to practice, explore and transform your body (and mind). The amazing staff have built a warm welcoming community with a fantastic variety of classes at all levels. The instructors make the class available for anyone to practice, even with mobility restrictions or injuries. They helped me strengthen my problematic shoulders to a comfort I have not known before I couldn’t be happier with my practice.
During COVID-19 yoga tree staff worked hard to move the classes to a virtual platform on Facebook where there is synchronous (live) and synchronous (recorded) content to fit everyone’s needs. The teachers have all been so warm and supportive, and I am so thankful for this community of practice during this difficult time!
(September 27, 2019, 3:57 pm)I get acupuncture treatment at The Yoga Tree and have had a wonderful experience. The vibe in the place is really nice. Very welcoming and peaceful. Although I haven't taken any of the yoga classes there yet, it will be the first place I choose when I want a more social experience than doing my yoga tapes at home. Or when I need help taking things to the next level. Everyone there seems very knowledgeable and a feeling of trust permeates the air. What more could you want from a wellness experience.
(November 14, 2018, 10:10 pm)Yoga Tree is a warm, welcoming, and inclusive studio with fantastic instructors and a wide variety of classes and workshops. I have been going here for a few years now and the staff does an awesome job at changing things up and keeping their routines fresh and challenging. They have created a wonderful yoga community here and I would encourage anyone to check them out.
(July 6, 2012, 11:12 am)I've recently moved away from Baltimore, but Bikram Yoga Hampden will always have a special place in my heart. They have excellent deals on their classes, the owners are extremely nice, and they are always willing to accommodate with your payment plan.
The studio is clean and spacious, and it's always a pleasure to practice here. They also have a number of different teachers, so you can try out different styles of teaching. Some of the teachers can be a little new age-ish, but they're all very nice and generally don't get too carried away with it.
Definitely worth a look if you like hot yoga!
