(January 17, 2019, 9:25 am)I really cannot say enough about this place. In my worst shape ever I went to Mike and he turned my life around. What I like most is he's old school-he works you hard and knows which exercises to match woth your problem areas. I used kettlebells, stretch bands , even big bouncy balls to achieve my results. He had me down in weight and size . The truth is if you want permanent results you have to work hard and the hard work pays off. It takes time to gain weight and get off your game and rightfully so it takes more time to lose but with Mike this was easy. He’s extremely motivational and his certified trainers know what they are doing. I stayed a customer for a long time until I moved 2 hours away. I wish I could rent him for a month because theres no other trainers quite like him :((((

(January 17, 2019, 8:59 am)My husband was complaining that I had put on weight after the kids and to be honest I felt that way about myself. Low self esteem with extra weight and I could not get myself motivated . I tried the gym and trainers there just told me to do cardio. I went to talk to Atlas got with Mike who understood my needs. He did help me w cardio but there was so muchh more . He developed a plan to target and tone my trouble areas working with me always showing me how to do the exercises to make sure I did them right . He even had my diet straight. I started w a few sessions and renewed and after a few months I am down 3 sizes , toned , and my husband and I refer everyone there !
